Terms & Conditions — 48rbajee Platform Rules

1.1 Operator. The 48rbajee platform ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") is operated by the entity behind the 48rbajee brand and is made available to eligible users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. References to "48rbajee" throughout these Terms refer to the Platform operator.

1.2 Acceptance. By accessing the 48rbajee website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form the complete agreement between you and 48rbajee.

1.3 Amendments. 48rbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

1.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.

1.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 48rbajee with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings.

2.1 Minimum Age. The 48rbajee platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. 48rbajee takes underage gambling seriously and employs age verification procedures (KYC — Know Your Customer) to enforce this restriction.

2.2 Age Verification. We reserve the right to request proof of age from any user at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) and, where required, a selfie with that document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe will result in suspension of account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.3 Underage Registration. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, minus any winnings generated. Winnings generated by underage users are not payable and will be forfeited.

2.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. 48rbajee does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.

2.5 Single Account per Person. Each eligible individual is permitted to register one (1) account on 48rbajee. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements. To use the 48rbajee platform, you must register a user account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number for SMS verification. You must maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly notify 48rbajee of any changes.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or use another user's account. All activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility.

3.3 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your 48rbajee account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@48rbajee. Until we receive such notification, all activity on your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility and 48rbajee accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification.

3.4 Account Security Measures. 48rbajee employs industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Passwords are stored in cryptographically hashed form and are never accessible in plain text. We strongly recommend enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings and using a strong, unique password for your 48rbajee account.

3.5 Accurate Information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and permanent closure of your account.

4.1 Currency. All accounts on 48rbajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed and processed in BDT. 48rbajee does not charge currency conversion fees.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on 48rbajee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile financial services; Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers; and Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards where technically available. 4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 48rbajee account within 5 to 15 minutes of successful transaction confirmation. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for mobile financial service channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. 4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 48rbajee support team following a verified request. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and applies regardless of the amount being withdrawn.

4.6 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods registered in a third party's name, using funds obtained through illegal means, or using the Platform for any financial purpose unrelated to legitimate gambling is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.7 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the Cashier section. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed until the balance exceeds the stated minimum. 48rbajee does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which 48rbajee accepts no responsibility.

4.8 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 48rbajee reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳500 per month to dormant accounts. You will be notified via email or SMS before any fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact our support team.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. 48rbajee offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general bonus conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in eligible bets before the bonus amount (and any winnings generated from it) becomes withdrawable. Unless otherwise stated, sports bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion page and typically range from 7 to 30 days.

5.5 Abuse of Bonuses. 48rbajee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus (and winnings derived from it) if we determine — in our reasonable discretion — that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that hedge across outcomes to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or any coordinated strategy designed to extract value from bonus terms rather than genuine recreational play.

5.6 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. 48rbajee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This right does not affect bonuses already credited to a user's account, which will remain subject to the terms stated at the time of crediting.

6.1 Finality of Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 48rbajee sportsbook, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where a cash-out feature is available for that specific market and the cash-out option is exercised before the relevant event concludes.

6.2 Odds and Markets. Sports betting odds on 48rbajee are set by our trading team and updated in real time based on market conditions and event developments. Odds are displayed in decimal format. 48rbajee reserves the right to suspend, close, or void any market at any time, including after a bet has been placed, where circumstances warrant (such as incorrect odds being published, a match being abandoned, or evidence of market manipulation).

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result; an obvious pricing error (also known as a "palpable error") has been made; the event or market violates applicable rules; or integrity concerns are identified. Voided bets are refunded as cash to the user's account balance.

6.4 Cricket Betting Rules. For cricket markets on 48rbajee — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — if a match is interrupted and fewer than the minimum required overs have been completed (as defined by the relevant governing body's Duckworth-Lewis-Stern or other rain rule), the match will be treated as void for betting purposes unless a result has been determined by the official governing body. 6.5 Casino Game Rules. 7.1 Lawful Use Only. You agree to use the 48rbajee platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational gambling purposes. You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, on behalf of any third party, or in a manner that could damage the reputation or operations of 48rbajee.

7.2 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 48rbajee platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner without prior written consent from 48rbajee.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported to support@48rbajee immediately and must not be exploited for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on 48rbajee.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or conduct security testing of the Platform without prior authorisation.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Providing false or misleading information to 48rbajee at any point, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.

7.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. Any breach of this section entitles 48rbajee to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void all pending bets, withhold your account balance pending investigation, and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required. Decisions made by 48rbajee under this section are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process in section 8.

7.4 Responsible Conduct. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that 48rbajee cannot guarantee winnings. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options.

8.1 Closure by User. You may request the closure of your 48rbajee account at any time by contacting our support team at support@48rbajee. If your account has a positive balance, any remaining funds (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, typically 1 to 3 business days.

8.2 Suspension by 48rbajee. 48rbajee reserves the right to suspend access to your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (b) your account requires identity verification that has not yet been completed; (c) a technical issue affecting the integrity of your account requires investigation; or (d) we are required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

8.3 Permanent Closure by 48rbajee. 48rbajee may permanently close your account without liability in the following circumstances: confirmed breach of these Terms; provision of false identity information; underage gambling; account used for prohibited activities as described in section 7; or the account has remained dormant beyond the period described in clause 4.8 and all attempted re-engagement communications have been exhausted.

8.4 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from the 48rbajee platform as a responsible gaming measure, you may request a self-exclusion period (ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion) through your account settings or by contacting support@48rbajee. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. 48rbajee will use reasonable efforts to ensure self-exclusion is implemented promptly and effectively. 8.5 Disputes. If you wish to dispute any decision made by 48rbajee in relation to your account, bet settlement, bonus resolution, or any other matter, you must contact our support team at support@48rbajee within 30 days of the decision in question. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. 48rbajee's decision following the completion of the internal dispute resolution process is final.

8.6 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 48rbajee's total liability to any user in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 48rbajee is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
